We have a vacancy for a Commercial Associate (1-3 years PQE) to support the Commercial Team and actively assist in developing the practice by occasionally working on your own files, and with others on larger cases and transactions.

 

The Commercial team is looking for a candidate that can demonstrate a high degree of technical competence in all areas of commercial law and the ability to think commercially, asking the right questions and understanding what is important on a proposed deal. The role offers excellent variety and in commercial terms, any number of different contracts.

The candidate will, under the supervision of the partner, be responsible for the day-to-day running of matters and will think through client issues, analyse the law/practicalities and offer commercial solutions. They will also support the supervision of trainees. In accordance with the general practice of the firm, the candidate will have responsibility and client contact, and will enjoy the support and encouragement of other members of the team at all levels.
