Craig is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Banking & financial disputes team. He is a commercial litigator with particular experience in managing complex multi-party disputes, often with a financial markets or regulatory element.
Craig’s experience covers both High Court litigation and arbitration under the rules of the leading international arbitration institutions, including the London Court of International Arbitration, the Swiss Chambers’ Court of Arbitration, the International Chamber of Commerce and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
Craig regularly acts on high-value commercial contract claims, banking litigation and disputes relating to financial products, often involving allegations of misrepresentation, mis-selling, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. Recent cases have also involved freezing injunction proceedings and co-ordination of foreign proceedings in multiple jurisdicti
