Daniel has particular experience of handling complex employment tribunal cases involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. He regularly advises clients through tricky dismissals, internal investigations and contract negotiations.

Daniel has developed a practice of acting for women in cases of sexual harassment and discrimination and has extensive experience in advising on matters involving disabilities. Daniel is developing a practice in advising employees and employers on matters of sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination. He joined Collyer Bristow in 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
