Louise qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and joined the firm in January 2017.
Louise has over 4 years’ experience providing tax and estate planning and probate services. She advises families on wealth and succession planning and assists with the preparation of wills, lasting powers of attorney and in establishing trusts for domestic
clients. In addition to this, Louise has a particular interest in matters involving offshore issues, having spent over three years based in Zurich, Switzerland as legal counsel to a trust company.
Louise advises individuals and trust companies on residence, domicile and
the taxation of offshore structures. Louise has particular experience in advising on structures which hold high value UK residential property.
Louise is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and has completed both the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK tax for international clients.
Louise is currently studying towards the STEP advanced diploma in the taxation of trusts and estates.
