Maria Giuliana Arcidiacono is an Italian Qualified Lawyer and SRA Registered European Lawyer in our Banking & financial disputes team.

From 2016 to 2018 she worked with a well-known law firm based in the heart of Milan, first as a trainee, than as an associate, where she advised a broad range of clients, from individuals to international companies, in the area of Civil and Commercial Law.

In 2019 she gained experience in an international law firm leading and managing a banking and finance disclosure case relating manipulation of benchmarks.

Maria joined Collyer Bristow in 2020, where she has since gained further experience assisting on a high-value contractual dispute.

Maria holds a law degree from the University of Milan, Italy. She speaks native Italian and is fluent in English and French.

Maria has a particular interest in the legal aspects of information technology and its application to the legal sector.
