Rhory is a member of our Media and privacy team, having practiced in the field of libel for over 30 years. His primary focus now is cyber abuse.
He set up the Cyber Investigation Unit (CIU) in 2010 and advises clients across the world who have been victims of cyber stalking, bullying or harassment. Rhory’s practice has now expanded to include online security, fraud and corruption.
He advises individuals and corporate entities on issues arising from the Bribery Act of 2010, frequently lecturing on the need for companies to establish “adequate procedures”. He also acts as an advocate for clients in Regulatory and Disciplinary tribunals.
Rhory is a member of the Fraud Advisory Panel and writes extensively on cyber issues.
