Stephen is a Senior Associate specialising in Competition law and Commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on damages actions for breach of competition law.
He acted for the Claimant in the landmark competition damages case, Crehan v Inntrepreneur; he has defended major telcos in private actions alleging breaches of Articles 101 and 102 of the TFEU; and he is currently engaged in damages actions against the truck manufacturers cartel.
Stephen has rights of audience before the higher courts, and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
