Collyer Bristow’s HigHer Female Network warmly invites you to join us for our upcoming in-person event: Building Relationships: Supporting Career Growth.

In today’s professional environment, the ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships is a key driver of career development. For many women, however, networking can feel time-poor, inconsistent, or lacking in confidence or structure.

This session has been designed as a dedicated space to reflect on how we build relationships more intentionally, strengthening not only individual career pathways but also the broader professional networks we are part of.

With facilitation from Dani Bernstein, the session will combine guided discussion and shared insight, focusing on:

  • Building relationships with intention
Preparing for opportunities, investing time deliberately, and balancing intention with authenticity.
  • Quality over quantity – relationships that matter
Identifying meaningful relationships, moving beyond dormant connections, and sustaining relationships over time.
  • Being seen and heard
Developing confidence, strengthening presence, and contributing effectively in professional settings.

The format will be interactive and conversation-led, with opportunities to share experiences and reflect on practical approaches that can be taken forward in day-to-day working life.

Event timings:

  • 2:00pm – Arrival, registration and cloaks
  • 2:30pm – 3:30pm – Networking session
  • 3:30pm – Afternoon tea served (buffet style in the reception room)
  • 4:30pm – Tea service concludes
  • 5:00pm – Close

We would be delighted if you could join us for what promises to be an engaging and thought-provoking session within Collyer Bristow’s Female Network community.
