Janet is Head of our Private Client Property team. She has thirty years’ experience of all aspects of high value residential, commercial and mixed use real estate work, acting for a wide range of UK and international clients, including family offices, trusts, private individuals, Plc companies, developers, institutions and retailers.
Janet’s practice has a particular focus on high value residential property transactions and commercial real estate work for private investors and entrepreneurial families with business interests. A large proportion of her clients are international clients and families who benefit from the proactive comprehensive service she offers, both during the transaction itself and later in assisting them to manage their real estate interests in the UK. Janet has acted for some of her clients throughout her entire career and has an excellent working relationship with them.
Janet is a regular contributor to national newspapers and magazines on real estate matters and regularly wrote for the Solicitors Journal and the Landlord and Tenant Factbook.
