Malvaso joined Collyer Bristow in October 2022 and has become an integral part of the firm and a highly valued member of the Tax & Estate Planning team. She is recognised for her exceptional legal expertise, strong client relationships, collaborative approach and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

Emily specialises in UK tax and estate planning for UK and international individuals, with a particular focus on US and Italian-connected matters. The majority of her work is international in nature and includes advising private clients, their families and businesses on the UK tax and estate planning implications of relocating to or from the UK, as well as the UK tax treatment of complex trust and corporate structures, both domestic and offshore.
