We are proud to announce that Janine Alexander has been appointed to the SME Panel, having been nominated by the Chair of the SME Liaison Panel and approved by the BBRS’ Board.
As a transparent and independent advisory body to the BBRS, the SME Panel will advise but will not be involved in decision-making or in case assessment. The panel will focus on the key issues and changes to policy and practice that may be of relevance in the context of the BBRS’ operations.
Janine is a Partner specialising in complex litigation and in particular financial disputes, commercial litigation and arbitration and property finance and development/construction disputes.
