If you have an appointment and are feeling unwell with any COVID-19 symptoms you should not attend our offices for your scheduled meeting. If you are categorised as clinically vulnerable, are self-isolating (or have been requested to do so) or have been in contact recently with anyone with symptoms, you should also not attend your appointment. We will be happy to make alternative arrangements to meet you via video conference or telephone call or at a later convenient date.

When you arrive at our offices, please observe current Government guidelines, our office protocols, and any directions given to you by our staff. Our protocols are intended to keep our staff and our visitors safe.

Whilst at Collyer Bristow’s offices you should:

  • Wash and sanitise your hands upon entering and leaving
  • Wear a face covering if you feel more comfortable doing so
  • Refrain from hand shaking or other physical contact with our staff
  • Adhere to guidance regarding entrance and exit routes and the maximum number of attendees in our meeting rooms and communal areas
  • Practise good hygiene (catch it, bin it, kill it)
  • Bring your own equipment while in the office (e.g. pens, paper, water bottles)
  • Remain at a social distance wherever possiible
  • Try to keep contact with surfaces to a minimum
  • Avoid passing items between people wherever possible

Collyer Bristow requires that all visitors:

  • Bring with them a device with the “NHS COVID-19” app installed, and use it to scan the QR code at our office entrance on each visit
  • Take a temperature check using the equipment at our office entrance

To maintain a COVID-19 secure environment unfortunately we are not currently able to provide drinks or refreshments in our meeting rooms.

Thank you for supporting our guidelines for a COVID-19 secure environment. If you have any concerns or questions, please raise them with the person you are meeting.
