Companies House will be increasing a number of its fees, and introducing new fees, from 1 May 2024.

The changes to fees will impact a wide range of areas, including company and LLP incorporation and registration, registration of overseas entities, and filing confirmation statements. The full list of updated fees can be found on the Companies House website here.
The most significant changes are those for incorporating or registering entities. For example:

The new fee rates are intended to fund the exercise by Companies House of its enhanced powers of investigation and enforcement introduced under the Economic and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA). The first of those enhanced powers took effect from 4 March 2024, with further additions set to be implemented over the coming months.
