Collyer Bristow has announced four promotions to Senior Associate, across the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate and Private Wealth departments.
Rebecca Mitchell, in our Real estate disputes team, is experienced in dealing with landlord and tenant disputes relating commercial premises, including rent arrears recovery, lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, tenant insolvency and service charge disputes.
Helen Ingram, in our Corporate & Commercial team, advises clients on a variety of matters, including business sales and acquisitions, employee ownership trusts, joint ventures, minority investments, shareholder disputes and corporate governance.
Emily Malvaso, in our trusts, tax and estate planning team, specialises in succession and estate planning for both individuals and their businesses, which includes the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning as well as advising on and setting up Trusts for both asset protection and tax planning purposes.
Nathania Hall, in our trusts, tax and estate planning team, specialises in probate matters and has a wealth of experience in dealing with complex, high value estates, often containing international assets.

Collyer Bristow has announced four promotions to Senior Associate, across the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate and Private Wealth departments.
