Buffy is an Associate in the Family team advising on all areas of relationship breakdown including divorce and separation, children issues, cohabitation disputes, nuptial agreements, and financial claims.
In particular, Buffy has worked on many financial disputes with complex property and company aspects, as well as private law children cases with a significant degree of urgency. She has worked on jurisdiction disputes, cohabitation claims, defended divorces, international relocation matters, emergency High Court injunctions and in recent months she has begun working on several matters with complex religious issues. Buffy’s clients have ranged from pro bono clients to ultra-high net worth and high profile individuals.
Buffy trained at Collyer Bristow from 2017 to 2019. Before that, she studied Theology at St John’s College, Oxford and the GDL and LPC at BPP University. She also spent time working as a paralegal at Farrer and Co and Slaughter and May.
