Emily Malvaso (registered with the SRA as Emily Ramplin) is a Partner in our Tax & Estate Planning team. She joined Collyer Bristow in October 2022.
Emily specialises in UK tax and estate planning for both UK and international individuals, with a particular focus on US and Italian-connected matters. The majority of Emily’s work is international in nature and includes advising private clients, their families and businesses on the UK tax and estate planning implications of relocating to or from the UK, as well as the UK tax treatment of complex trust and corporate structures, both domestic and offshore, that they may already have or wish to establish.
Having specialised in private client work since the beginning of her legal training, Emily has extensive experience advising on and drafting Wills, trusts and powers of attorney for clients from a wide range of backgrounds and with varied estate planning needs.
Emily is particularly experienced in advising internationally mobile individuals and families, helping clients navigate the UK tax and estate planning considerations that arise when moving between jurisdictions and structuring their affairs across borders.
