Nick Mann is a Partner in the Private Client Property team, and advises clients on all aspects of residential property with a mixture of both leasehold and freehold properties. As well as professional clients and entrepreneurs Nick also also acts for HNW individuals based in the UK and abroad.
Nick works alongside buying agents, selling agents, mortgage brokers, wealth advisers, trust companies, accountants and bankers to act
on high-value properties, with a particular focus on the London market.
Nick aims to provide pragmatic advice, tailored to the specific circumstances of the transaction, in order to handle any complexities that may arise and to ensure a smooth sale or purchase.
