About

Helen is an Associate specialising in residential and commercial property.

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 at Collyer Bristow and re-joined the firm in 2024. During her time as an Assistant Solicitor at Collyer Bristow, Helen managed a varied and busy workload of high value residential property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, re-mortgages, first registrations of title, tenancy agreements, plot sales, matrimonial transfers and probate sales.

After leaving Collyer Bristow, Helen worked for a family owned aircraft brokerage business, as Director and Company Secretary, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements for the sale and acquisition of pre-owned corporate jet aircraft. She also managed the company’s property portfolio, assisting with the commercial leases of offices.

Prior to re-joining Collyer Bristow, Helen worked for a firm headquartered in Milton Keynes, acting predominantly on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, bridging finance and re-mortgages for individuals. She also advised on leasehold enfranchisement matters and acted for both landlords and tenants advising on lease renewals, rent deposit deeds, licences to assign and licences to underlet.

Helen also regularly advised on auction purchases and sales, the acquisition and sale of commercial property and on facility agreements, debentures and legal charges. Helen is accredited by the Law Society.
