Jane deals with high value residential conveyancing transactions and has considerable expertise in dealing with new build properties. Jane also advises on a variety of commercial property transactions including sales and acquisitions but particularly landlord and tenant work, acting for both landlords and tenants. In addition, Jane advises on licensing law for restaurants, bars and other licensed premises.
