Mandeep is a Senior Associate specialising in commercial and residential real estate.
Mandeep advises both landlord and tenants and also deals with freehold property. She has worked on a number of developments, dealing with both the acquisition of land stage and subsequent sales to investors. Mandeep often supports our corporate team with real estate elements of transactions and also assists clients with financing, transfers of equity, restructuring and management of properties.
Mandeep has experience in dealing with a range of clients including institutional lenders, high net worth individuals, trusts, charities, developers, administrators and investors. She can deal with complex transactions with tight deadlines and has the propensity to see matters through in a practical and rational manner.
