Harriet Turner is a senior associate specialising in real estate litigation, with a focus on commercial property disputes. She acts for a range of clients from large portfolio investor landlords to retail tenants, corporate landlords, charities and private landlords.

Harriet has a particular expertise in landlord and tenant disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, dealing with all contentious aspects of the lease renewal process, as well as enforcement cases such as forfeiture, debt recovery, enforcement of lease obligations and service charge disputes. Harriet also has experience of rights to light matters, dilapidations (acting for landlords and tenants) and trespass proceedings. She also provides support to real estate transactional colleagues where necessary on a range of issues.
