About

The main objective of the network is to provide members with ready access to a law firm in another country that the member might wish to appoint for assistance on a client’s behalf.

Each member firm has extensive experience of litigation including experience of handling claims against banks and other financial institutions, but the network is non-exclusive and so there is no obligation to refer cases to each other, although in practice there have been a large number of referrals.

The network currently has members in over 30 jurisdictions, each firm having extensive experience of litigation.

If you would like further information or wish to consider joining the network, please contact us or visit the network’s website.
