Collyer Bristow is delighted to announce that Nick Mann, a leading residential property lawyer, has joined the Firm as Partner. Nick joined from Seddons GSC on Tuesday 6 May.
Nick brings over 15 years’ experience in residential property matters to Collyer Bristow’s busy Private Client Real Estate team, headed by Janet Armstrong-Fox. The team provides both residential and commercial property services to a wide range of typically high-net-worth individual and families based in the UK or overseas. The team advises on sales and purchases, funding and structuring for tax efficiency, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extension and residential lettings, with a special focus on the sale and purchase of prime and super prime London properties and substantial country houses. In commercial property matters the team advises private investors and entrepreneurial families on sales and purchases as well as the full range of landlord and tenant issues, leveraging the support of Collyer Bristow’s highly regarded Commercial Property and Real Estate Litigation teams.
