Emily specialises in succession and estate planning for both individuals and their businesses, which includes the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning as well as advising on and setting up Trusts for both asset protection and tax planning purposes. Emily has experience dealing with lawyers qualified in other jurisdictions to advise clients on any cross border aspects of their succession planning, with a particular focus on Italy, Spain, France and Germany.
Previously, Emily attended Durham University where she graduated with an LLB Law Degree in 2016 and had the opportunity to work for the Office of the Federal Public Defenders in California.
