We are excited to share an exciting new partnership between ourselves and an entity founded by Hannah Bradshaw and Sarah Lyons in the parental coaching space, called BlueSky.
BlueSky is a bespoke new parental coaching offering specifically designed for (and by) lawyers. It is based on a membership model that provides certainty around budget and is a combination of tailored and timely 1:1 coaching and cross-firm group development.
Blue Sky’s proposition brings together lawyers across the industry to facilitate networking and peer group coaching. BlueSky’s primary focus and expertise is in the support of female lawyers who, it is clear (despite a vast array of initiatives like gender pay reporting), continue to be marginalised in terms of progression within the legal sector.
They are providing coaching support for all parents who take an extended form of leave. They also provide a tailored programme for those on the business support side, not just our lawyers.
As a member, we have access to regular updates which provide data-based insights into firm culture and barriers to female progression.
We are pleased to be able to support all our working parents in pursuing a fulfilling career at Collyer Bristow, whilst balancing the needs of their families.
