Colette is a Specialist Family Lawyer with 23 years of experience in children and finance cases. She began her career as a personal assistant and paralegal before qualifying as a lawyer.
Colette is registered with the Family Mediation Council and College of Mediators as a qualified mediator in children and finance matters related to divorce. She studied at the University of Westminster and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2022.
Colette is skilled in handling children law applications, abduction cases, drafting complex financial agreements in divorce and cohabitation agreements. She has also contributed to the drafting of high net worth pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
In addition to advising on all matters relating to divorce and finances, Colette also represents parents in private children disputes relating to child arrangements and issues relating to relocation and specific issues. Colette has also acted for parents who have had serious safeguarding concerns about the children spending time with their other parent.
