Rebecca is a member of our Real Estate Disputes team. Her work includes a broad spectrum of property related matters, relating to both commercial and residential premises. She is experienced in dealing with landlord and tenant disputes relating commercial premises, including rent arrears recovery, lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, tenant insolvency and service charge disputes.
Rebecca also advises on a wide range of residential disputes, including adverse possession, breaches of covenants, boundary and public rights of way disputes. In addition, Rebecca has extensive experience in a wide range of enfranchisement options, including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, rights to manage and tenant’s rights of first refusal.
