The human cost of Covid-19 is tragic and understandably the Government’s response is geared towards protecting life and ensuring the NHS can cope with the immense challenges it faces every day.

From a business perspective the crisis restricts revenue streams and cashflow and thereby threatens to undermine confidence in solid companies that had contingency plans for bumps in the road but not for this roadblock. So, is there any silver lining or, better still, a silver bullet, for businesses making it through to the other side of COVID-19? Based on feedback from clients, contacts and colleagues the Collyer Bristow employment law team shares a few thoughts.
