Ellie Mullins is an Associate in the Real Estate Litigation team at Collyer Bristow, having joined the firm in November 2025.
Ellie graduated with First-Class Honours in Law and joined a top 50 UK law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in residential property disputes.
She advises both commercial and residential clients across a wide spectrum of property litigation matters, including possession claims, lease renewals, forfeiture, break clause disputes, and rent deposit issues. Ellie has a particular interest in residential landlord and tenant law, regularly advising landlords on their legal obligations, including matters relating to Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), rent repayment orders, and compensation claims.
Ellie is committed to delivering clear, practical advice informed by the latest developments in case law. She has also provided training to estate agents and landlords seeking reliable guidance on managing their property portfolios.
Her practice includes handling complex possession proceedings, such as injunctions and cases involving missing gas safety certificates.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys weekend walks with her dog and attending reformer Pilates classes.
