About

Abbie is an Associate in our Employment team. She supports both employers and employees across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She advises clients on matters including (but not limited to): contracts of employment and related policies, restrictive covenants and garden leave clauses; investigations and disciplinaries; TUPE; whistleblowing; discrimination; sexual misconduct; employee benefits; working time; settlement agreements; and bringing or defending cases in the Employment Tribunal.

Abbie also undertakes immigration work to provide an integrated employment law service across departments.  She has a particular interest in corporate immigration work and has strong experience with Sponsor Licence, Expansion Worker visa, Skilled Worker visa and PBS Dependant visa applications.

Outside of her day-to-day work, Abbie chairs the firm’s CSR committee and innovated Collyer Bristow’s ‘Trainee Networking Group’.
