Abbie Coleman will be addressing the FCA’s latest anti-greenwashing and sustainability rules, as well as how the world of ESG litigation is developing.
Robin Henry, Head of Dispute Resolution, will be speaking on the latest trends in crypto disputes and insolvencies and explaining how they will be affected by greater international regulation of crypto.
Guest speakers, Richard Barnwell and Alison Barker from BDO will be speaking on the hot topic of the day, AI and its increasing use by financial services firms.
