She is experienced in negotiating high value and often sensitive exits for senior employees. Took the lead in defending a class action litigation case involving over 100 claimants in the transport sector. We were able to offer strategic and commercial advice to reach a favourable settlement for the client.
Advised a start up business on all employment aspects of the business and ensuring they had suitable contracts and policies in place that were tailored to their business and legally compliant.
